A modern, well equipped family home just a stones throw from the beautiful two mile stretch of golden sandy beach at Exmouth, Devon.

Shoreside is the perfect base for your beach break; within walking distance of the town centre, restaurants, shops and local attractions.

The Space

Our light and spacious mid terrace home benefits from a separate lounge, kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and downstairs WC. The kitchen / dining area is a great space for family dining and would comfortably seat 7. The back door is located in the kitchen which give access to the courtyard garden area. This is the perfect space to soak up some evening sunshine after a day out at the beach, as well as providing a play space for children. There is a secure back gate making the garden space fully enclosed. Also in the garden is a shed housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs you will find 3 bright and spacious rooms, one double room, one twin room and one single room. Hanging space and hangers are provided in each room. The family bathroom has a bath with shower overhead.

Location

Our home is situated just a 2 minute walk away from Exmouth Marina and a 2-5 minute walk to the golden sandy beachfront. Exmouth is a vibrant seaside resort with so much for all ages to do. There is a wide range of beach activities and things going on along the seafront, including amusement arcades, soft play, a bowling alley and play areas. In addition, the home is perfectly located for walking into the town centre to find local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle and toaster alongside all utensils crockery and pans. The washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the shed along with an additional freezer. There is a fridge within the kitchen with a small freezer compartment within as well as a dishwasher.

Amenities

The house benefits from our fully equipped kitchen with appliances as listed above. There is a family bathroom and additional WC downstairs.

Additional sleeping space is provided in the living area as the corner sofa can be made into a double bed. We have a smart TV in the lounge where streaming channels can be accessed. There is fibre broadband through the house and gas central heating controlled within. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are all provided.
