The Space

Sleeping up to four guests, the apartment offers a bright and comfortable open-plan kitchen and lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea. The cosy double bedroom is complemented by a modern en-suite shower room, creating a relaxing and practical space for couples, small families or friends.

Step outside into the fully enclosed garden, where you'll find a patio area with outdoor furniture - ideal for morning coffee in the sun, al fresco dining, or relaxing in the fresh coastal air while your dog enjoys the secure outdoor space.

All on one level and thoughtfully laid out, Little Haven combines comfort and convenience with a fantastic location. The beach, coastal paths, and Exmouth's shops, cafes, and restaurants are all just moments away, making it easy to enjoy everything this vibrant seaside town has to offer.

Kitchen

A modern well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, kettle, microwave & toaster.

Amenities

The apartment benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with integral appliances. Two bathrooms; one en-suite shower room and a main bathroom with bath and shower. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes providing hanging/storage space. The second bedroom can be made up as twin beds or a king size bed, just let us know prior to your arrival what your preference would be.

Additional sleeping space is provided in the living area by the two sofa beds. There is fibre broadband through the apartment and gas central heating controlled within the flat. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are all provided.

Our guests also benefit from complimentary use of a shared gym within the apartment complex. Keycards are provided for this upon arrival.
