The Space

The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and panoramic views across the bay towards Dawlish.

The large lounge/dining room also benefits from stunning sea views and includes a comfortable double sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests.

A single pull-out futon is also available in the bedroom if required.

The apartment includes a kitchen with window seat, and a full bathroom with a shower over the bath. After a day exploring the coast, relax in the lounge and enjoy Netflix while taking in the ever-changing seafront scenery.

A modern well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, oven, hob, large fridge freezer, kettle, microwave & toaster.

Amenities

The apartment benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with integral appliances. Two bathrooms; one en-suite shower room and a main bathroom with bath and shower. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes providing hanging/storage space. The second bedroom can be made up as twin beds or a king size bed, just let us know prior to your arrival what your preference would be.

Additional sleeping space is provided in the living area by the two sofa beds. There is fibre broadband through the apartment and gas central heating controlled within the flat. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer are all provided.

Our guests also benefit from complimentary use of a shared gym within the apartment complex. Keycards are provided for this upon arrival.
